listed at our site has been displayed incorrect due
to typographical error or any other reason/ error, Softbit
has the sole right to refuse or cancel any orders placed
for products and services listed at incorrect price.
However, if your credit card has been charged for the
purchases and your order is cancelled, Softbit will
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount
of the incorrect price.

agreement and understandings. Any legally unenforceable

details and specifications of products displayed (new
and / or old) are as supplied and submitted by their manufacturer
and owner. Softbit does not stand any responsibility if
the displayed information does not match with the actual
working / performance of the product(s), in case you by
the products / services directly from manufacture and
/ or owner. However, if the purchases are done through
Softbit, it will stand guarantee for the performance of
the product(s) / service(s).
(2).In case of information regarding old machinery
/ plants / equipments, the same is submitted by its owner
online and is dynamically uploaded oin the relevent page
without any involvement of Softbit. Softbit does not stand
any guarantee for the information submitted by the machinery
owner. Viewers / buyers are advised to get the things
/ information checked / verified, in case they are going
for a deal with the owner of the machine(s) / plant(s)

material (meant for sale) displyed on Softbit.net are
for sale only and Softbit does provide Payment Gateway

(1). Softbit has engineering products,
technical books, old machinery and services (software's) online
for selling to global customers. You can choose any method
offline payment or online payment system to make payments
for selected products / services you wish to buy.
(2).Any information collected from you online would
be kept secret and we will not share credit / debit card information
with anyone else (unless an outside company is part of the
process of fulfilling your order). Your information and transactions
are 100% secure as Sobtbit is a VerySign secured site.
(3).Please allow us 4-6 weeks for delivery of ordered materials.
But as per our agreement with our Principal Merchant, we have
to accept and execute the order within 12 days, otherwise
it will stand cancelled. In order to save our valued customers
from this type of botheration, we generally execute the order
within twelve days. Howeve, final delivery period will depend
upon the manufacturer of the product(s). Please read his /
her business terms carefully befor finalising any order.
(4).Prices displayed in our site are inclusive of packaging
and forwarding for within India sales. Additional packaging
charges, if any have been displayed on the particular page.
Out of India sales carry additional packaging and forwarding
charges and are displayed on respective pages. The mode of
despatch is either courier, registered post, air, road and
would be indicated prior to dispatch of ordered material.
(5).Any problem in regard of delivery, damage, non-receipt
of material may kindly be intimated directly to the manufacturer
at his / her address, phone, email displayed on the respective
page. Softbit.net may also be forwarded a copy at info@softbit.net.

(6).In no case, our liability to compensate you for
the loss incurred by you by the use of our product / service
would be equivalent to the payment made by you for the particular
product / service. You legally accept our this clause, it

(8).Once the CD-ROMs (Softbits's own product) have
been sold, these will not be taken back. However, defective
CD-ROMs would be replaced on getting back at our end but within
15 days of sale.
(9).Sales / promotional commissions paid to Softbit
Affiliates / Resellers are liable for deduction of income
/ other taxes at source as per Indian Government Rules. A
certificate to this deduction would be released in your favour
by Softbit.
